Someone that knows their History/Civics better than I do…The Turks (or Turkics) are they Russia? if they are…we have a bigger problem than we think..

The Turks or Turkics, are they of the old Ottoman Empire?

Does anyone know or how the Ottoman Empire formed?

Where are they now?

Are they reforming their alliance with other nations?

I would like to know for sure about this….as it is end time related…Your thoughts on this would be much appreciated…
